1. Smart Contract Risk:

All Blexa codes are novel and experimental. Please deposit funds with caution. Although we have passed peer review by the Solana Foundation and other developers, we are not responsible for fund losses caused by smart contract vulnerabilities.

2. Counterparty risk:

The treasury strategy involves cooperation and interaction with multiple DeFi platforms. Although the partners are all reputable leading platforms in the industry, there are still counterparty risks caused by partner problems. Users need to fully understand the relevant risks before investing. ​

3. Divergence loss (impermanent loss):

Token price fluctuations will cause the liquidity value to differ from the value of tokens held alone. In the centralized liquidity model, the risk of impermanent loss is aggravated. Blexa mitigates risks through AI dynamic risk monitoring and intelligent hedging strategies, but losses may still occur in extreme market conditions. ​

4. Directional risk:

Because the price of the underlying asset changes over time, you may face directional risks in open positions. Blexa provides real-time market analysis and strategy recommendations to assist users in decision-making. ​

5. Price volatility risk:

When the price of one or two assets in the position fluctuates significantly, the vault will adjust the position more frequently. Each adjustment will cause a slight loss in the value of the position, so multiple adjustments in a short period of time will lead to increasing losses in the value of the position. To this end, Blexa sets up an AI intelligent protection mechanism to dynamically adjust the liquidity provision range and price drift threshold to reduce the loss caused by frequent position adjustments. ​

Operation mechanism​

1. Deposit:

Different from traditional AMM pools, in the Blexa centralized liquidity vault, users can customize the price range and quantity of deposited liquidity, generate unique non-homogeneous LP tokens, and accurately match personalized investment needs. ​

2. Rebalancing:

During the vault rebalancing period, in order to ensure the safety of all user funds, the deposit and withdrawal functions will be temporarily closed. After the rebalancing operation is completed, the function will be restored immediately, and users can continue to perform asset deposit, withdrawal and management operations. ​
